The Greener clan has been spread out over the last couple of years and we only manage to see each other once a year. So when the opportunity to meet up last week in Missoula with my siblings, their families, my parents and grandma, naturally I wanted to bring my camera to document the rare family gathering.
A few weeks back I drove out to Helena to meet with my wedding clients Marissa and Tyler to make some fun engagement photos of them at the Old Shooting Range Trailhead just outside of town.
Check out the wedding photo preview from this past Saturday’s lovely Spring wedding of newlyweds Becky and Kyle at the El Western Resort in Ennis, Montana.
These wedding photos are from a recent fun wedding themed project that I organized in a pinch the other day. Last Tuesday I was talking to my friends Jacy and Matt, owners of Gallatin Valley Botanical, a local organic farm here in Gallatin Valley. I’ve been photographing and supporting their family farm here in Bozeman for years now. They mentioned that they would …

Over the 4th of July weekend, I was up at the Whitefish Mountain Resort in Whitefish, Montana photographing the summer wedding day of Tim and Jill. These two Bozeman locals wanted a destination feel for their wedding celebration without leaving the Big Sky state. Northwest Montana was the perfect answer.

Heather and Andrew’s Chico Hot Springs Wedding Day was a perfect Spring stage to welcome all of their out of town wedding day guests into the Montana experience.
Last week I met up with Kim and Preston at the Lark Hotel in downtown Bozeman where we loaded up into my subaru and headed for the mountains to photograph their engagement photos. These two both work and live in Washington D.C. but were in town to finish up their destination wedding planning details and to do their engagement photo session with me. These two were up for an adventure.
After celebrating the holidays with friends and family here in Montana, I jumped right into my 2016 wedding photography season to photograph and document Kiera and Collin’s Gallatin River Lodge wedding day outside Bozeman, Montana in early January.
Last Saturday I had the pleasure of attending my third A Montana Wedding Bridal event at the Gran Tree Inn in Bozeman, Montana. The event is hosted by my former coworkers at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. I really enjoy participating these events. It’s a fantastic way for brides to connect with vendors and be inspired.
As the final hours of 2015 count down I find myself looking back on the wedding photos I made from this past year with a lot of gratitude. I feel fortunate to have been able to document my wedding clients on their special day. Here are a few of my favorite wedding images that I made from the past year. Looking forward to the new smiles and faces I’ll meet and photograph in 2016.
Back in November, I met up with Jessica and Matt to make some family photos of them and their 1-year-old daughter Cora. I made maternity photos of Jessica a while back and now that Cora had been born, she and Matt wanted to get their first family photos for their Christmas cards.
Earlier this summer in between all of my weddings, I made some family portraits of family friends Bob and Sydney and their sons at their grandparent’s beautiful horse property in Livingston, Montana
