Congratulations on your engagement!

Greener Visuals wedding photography specializes in documenting the candid moments that tell the story of your wedding day. I pride myself on maintaining a balance between photographing from behind the scenes and knowing when to take charge as a director for a group portrait setting. I love the challenge of reacting to the events unfolding in front of me and putting myself into position to capture something special. After all, it is the story of you and it’s my job to make you look your very best. I will approach your wedding day using my photojournalistic style of shooting with the intent to tell your story through images that will last a lifetime: the details, the fun, the emotion, the moments, the memories…everything.

Over the past five years working as a staff photojournalist at newspapers throughout Northern California, my photography experiences have covered a wide genre of subjects and settings, as well as many continents and countries.  In the process, I have gained a sharp eye for capturing the candid, real moments happening around me. It is this defining quality that I will bring as a photographer on your wedding day.

Everyone’s wedding day is different and unique. I like to be flexible and accommodating to each client’s needs. It really comes down to what you’re looking for. Typically when shooting a wedding, I like to arrive early when the bride and groom first start getting ready, capturing everything from the details of your wedding dress to the moments with your wedding party and parents. So many wonderful photos can be made during this time. At some point after the wedding ceremony, I like to take the bride and groom away from the crowd for a brief portrait session. I have found that this is a popular opportunity for newlyweds to take in all that has happened. We can just as easily take the time to make group portraits of you and your loved ones. As the night moves on into the reception, you get to focus on the celebration while being assured that I will be there capturing the fun.
